terms of service
Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service.
All prices below are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:PAYMENTS :
1. Payment is split 50% upfront before I begin work and 50% after completion, before final delivery.
2. I accept PayPal only. USD is preferred, but other currencies are acceptable.REVISIONS :
3. Clients are entitled to up to three (3) revisions during the sketch phase.
4. Additional revisions, especially those requested after the coloring process has started, will require an extra fee.REFUNDS :
5. Refunds are only possible if I have not started the commission.
6. Once work has begun, refunds are not available.
7. Refunds are not possible after the commission is completed.USAGE RIGHTS :
8. Commissions are for personal use only.
9. Commercial use requires additional fees and prior agreement.
10. The artwork may not be resold, reproduced, or published for commercial purposes without my explicit permission.AI & BLOCKCHAIN RESTRICTIONS :
11. The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain-related technology.
12. This restriction applies to current and future AI or blockchain technologies.DELIVERY :
13. Final artwork will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the client.
14. Delivery will occur only after full payment has been received.RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE :
15. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.
16. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued if no work has started.CONDUCT :
17. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
18. Such behavior will result in cancellation of the commission.
19. Refunds in these cases will be full or partial, depending on how much work has been completed.
20. I reserve the right to refuse future service to the client.
